Section 1General Terms of Use

Welcome to ki918. These terms and conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member") and ki918 ("Platform", "We"). By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the ki918 platform — whether through a web browser, mobile app, or any other access method provided — you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all terms contained in this Agreement.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please stop using the KI918 platform immediately. KI918 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these terms at any time at our sole discretion without requiring your prior consent. All games offered on the ki918 platform use a Random Number Generator (RNG) that has been certified by an independent third-party testing body. This ensures that every game outcome is entirely random and cannot be manipulated by any party, including ki918 itself.

• Game results are final once a round is completed. Any disputes must be submitted within 7 days of the date of the incident.

Section 6Member Conduct & Responsibilities

• Sharing your account with others or allowing third parties to use your account.

Section 7Account Closure & Suspension

Members may close their account at any time by contacting KI918 customer support via live chat. Before closure is processed, all eligible balances will be returned to the registered bank account upon completion of the review.

KI918 reserves the right to suspend or terminate a member's account without prior notice in the following situations:

• Violation of any terms and conditions in this Agreement.
• Evidence or suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or criminal activity.

• Account inactivity exceeding 12 consecutive months with no transactions.
